Deleting Users from wp_users table making checkout page go Blank

Hi Friends,

It has been a long standing issue. When we are trying to delete some users in the wp_users table and we are seeing a blank checkout page. When we restore the database again everything seems to be working fine.

Please share your suggestions on this issue.
