Deleting W3 cache

    I deleted the w3 cache plugin but I’m getting this error:

    FTP credentials don’t allow to delete folder /hermes/bosoraweb118/b437/ipg.travelbuddytripscom/wp-content/cache/config
    W3 Total Cache Error: Files and directories could not be automatically created to complete the installation.

    Please execute commands manually:
    Execute next commands in a shell:
    rm -rf /hermes/bosoraweb118/b437/ipg.travelbuddytripscom/wp-content/cache/config

    I’m not sure what this means??
