OK, its totally locked me out of my site. How can i delete if from ftp. Can anyone please tell me, please!

You can just delete the plugin and it will be deactivated. But just to make sure you also don’t call up a cached version of the website, make sure you also delete the following files from FTP

    • [wordpress]/wp-content/advanced-cache.php
    • [wordpress]/wp-content/cache
    • [wordpress]/wp-content/db.php
    • [wordpress]/wp-content/object-cache.php
    • [wordpress]/wp-content/w3tc-config

This will delete all the cached information from your website, but also your W3TC configurations. If you want to re-enable the plugin at a later stage I’d recommend you move them somewhere out of (WordPress) sight an put them back again when you need them again.

Once W3TC is installed, there’s no getting rid of it.

Ok, thankfully I found the answer

As far as the errors my hosting company ran and error log to get me back into my dashboard.

To remove it the instructions are listed on this site.

    https://www.tech-recipes.com/rx/36504/wordpress-manual-uninstall-of-w3-total-cache/

In addition to what they listed I had to remove the folder called w3tc-config in the wp-contents folder where the other advanced-cache.php and object-cache.php and db.php files are located that also needed to be removed.

On another thread I heard that the older version of w3tc is still working. I will need to let my site back up before putting the previous version on.

But for today, at least I can get back into my dashboard and got w3tc off the site for now until this version works with my other stuff.
