• Hello there..

I just did a huge mistake. I uploaded (via FTP) functions.php (from my theme) over functions.php (in wp-includes), of course, accidentally. And, guess what.. My blog has stopped working. I tried to overwrite the original functions.php from wp-includes. And, there was a change. Only background was visible (before that, there wasn’t anything, just clear milky white).

Also, I cannot access the admin panel (wp-admin) via browser. Actually, I can, and then I was going to login, successfully, and again, milky white.

I’m optimist. Sorry for my bad English.

  • Someone else will give a better answer than me but, in the meantime, I would suggest saving your theme locally, and then deleting all traces of WP (database too), and performing a clean install.

I’m sure there is an easier option though. But this is one option.

I just solve this problem. I just overwrite all wp files.
