Deleting Yop Polls plugin

    Hi – I want to know what will happen to Yop Polls in posts if I delete the Yop Polls plugin?

    All my Yop Polls are all old, and closed but I do not want to cause issues/errors if I delete the plugin.

    It is nothing personal, I just have to eliminate most of my plugins that I do not use everyday because of server overloading etc. I wish I had more use for Yop Polls, but unfortunately for now I just do not.

    Please let me know how to proceed ..can I just deactivate within WordPress, and then delete? Or do I need to do something else?

    Hi LLP,

    If you delete the plugin it will remove all the files and information from the database. If, in the future, you’ll want to use it again, it will basically be a fresh install.

    You can simply deactivate the plugin (it will not affect the polls displayed on your site).

    This way it will not be processed anymore and it will not overload your server. If you’ll want to activate it again, you’ll still have the data from your old polls.

    I have deactivated Yop poll and wish to delete it. However, there is no delete link.
    Network Activate | Edit but no delete

    How would I do it.
