del.ico.us Smart Tagging Version 1.1 problem maybe?

    I installed del.ico.us Smart Tagging Version 1.1. a fwe days ago. I have all the files in the plugins folder, edited the plugin as stated to do.. changed the permission of the deliciousTagCache file.. and the images are there.

    I have not seen any results on the page with images.. and the deliciousTagCache still shows 0bytes and is blank.

    I am not sure what I am missing or doing wrong. It does not seem to be working.. or I am wondering if I am expecting it to do soemthing it isnt supposed to.

    I have tried to find answers, but I have not found the answer to the problem I am having, nor I have I gotten responses elsewhere.. so I thought I would ask here.
