Delivered orders are not changing the status to Delivered/Completed

Hi @joyryde can you check that the automation settings are enabled in the settings? from the WordPress menu > TrackShip > Settings

Hi, we checked now and the automation works, did you do any changes in the last weeks? when did you install the TrackShip for WooCommerce? is it possible you will contact us from the support chat on TrackShip.info?

We haven’t changed the plugin, it’s been there since August. We already emailed support and they failed to fix it, so we posted here.

This issue is still happening throughout all delivered orders. Here is a screenshot showing 4 orders that were delivered and never changed to completed by the plugin:

A tracking ID is entered into your plugin and your plugin changes the status from processing to shipped.

Your plugin then fails to ever change the status from Shipped to delivered after an order is delivered.

We do not change order to completed, just from Completed (Shipped) to delivered.
