Delivery Date and Time not appearing for newly uploaded products

  • Hi,

    I realize that products that are newly uploaded does not show the “Delivery Date” and “Delivery Time” by default.

    Here’s an example:
    – New Product uploaded on May 3rd, as you can see no Delivery Date and Time

    – This was an old product uploaded. as you can see there’s the delivery date and time.

    Can i know why the Date and Time settings doesn’t apply automatically on newly uploaded products?

    Hi @johnnee,

    I apologize for the late reply.

    I want to tell you that the delivery date & time fields do not show by default on the product page. You will need to set up the delivery settings at the back-end of that product to show these fields on the front-end.

    Kindly set up the delivery settings in those products and let us know if the delivery fields are displaying fine or not on the front-end.
