delivery fee bug

It sounds like the Checkout page should be showing a calculated shipping cost at checkout, but now, instead of displaying the correct shipping fee, it’s showing Free shipping instead. Is this right?

Do you recall any recent changes made to the shipping settings, or site in general, before this issue first popped up?

Can you please share a screenshot of the the?WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Shipping zones page, as well as the Shipping settings page.

Also, if you have any?Shipping Classes?under?WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Classes, please share a screenshot of these, along with a screenshot of the shipping class settings for these products on the?Product edit page →?Product data?section:

Thank you for sharing the screenshot of your settings. I noticed that the shipping zone title is set as “Livraison GLS” in your settings. However, on the checkout page for France, it’s showing as “GLS delivery” instead of “Livraison GLS.” Also, I have tried to add the different shipping cost based on classes and everything is working fine on my test site.

It appears to be a plugin conflict on your site. I can see you are using the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax plugin, which might be overriding the default shipping settings. For testing, could you please deactivate that plugin (or any other shipping plugins you have enabled) and see if this resolves the issue?

If that does not resolved the issue, For us to investigate this further, can you please try to switch to the?default Storefront theme?and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this resolves the issue?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this?guide?without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free?WP Staging?plugin.

This usually happens when we copy and paste values.
