    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    It looks like you are using a Pricing Rules extension to calculate when each Flat Rate method is offered, but it doesn’t look familiar. This is likely a third-party product in which you’d want to reach out to the plugin authors for support. Would you be able to confirm for me if this is the case?

    When that plugin is disabled, do your Flat Rate Methods work accordingly?

    Also, would you mind copying and pasting your System Status Report into this thread? You can find this by going to WooCommerce > Status > System Status > Get System Report in your WP-Admin dashboard.
