But would that work?…. it appears to have a section to add the stock when it comes in and set an expiry date on that particular bit of stock as shown here

We only have https://www.woocommerce.com/woocommerce-ios/ as our product but no Android one, I believe there are apps out there for android but we do not have any official recommendation in this regard.
