Delivery / Shipping Options not in POS

Hello,
I am using WooCommerce POS but when I go to create an order for an item instore that a customer wants shipped, it doesn’t display the shipping options or charge the relevant delivery fee automatically. Does anyone have any experience or support they could offer?
