    Hey @idee

    Thanks for contacting support today.

You can set the handling time directly in the listing profile: https://www.wplab.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/General-eBay-settings.jpg

Or if you are using a shipping policy from eBay, you can set the handling time in the shipping policy, then select that shipping policy in the shipping options in the listing profile: https://docs.wplab.com/article/103-enable-and-use-ebay-shipping-profiles

    Kind regards,
    John

    Hi John,

thanks for your answer – that works.

I just thought, maybe I can adjust from within a product seperatly, not global through a profile. Thats because sometimes the handling time differs from product to product using the same profile.

May I ask you another question?
Ebay does translate our products and release them on interntional sites automtically.
When a product is bought on one of the interntional ebay sites, the stock does not synchronoise in woocommerce (but the order is visible under Ebay => Orders in the backend).
When a product is sold on our nationl Ebay site, the synchronostion of the stock amount works fine.

    Thanks
    Frank

    Hey @idee

You can provide a shipping policy in each edit product page, so if you are using a shipping policy on eBay to set your handling times, you could supply a different shipping policy in the edit product page to over ride the listing profile’s shipping settings. But there is no “Handling time” field in the edit product page.

If you are using a tool from eBay or another third party that takes your main listings and mirrors them onto other eBay marketplaces, we added support for tools such as WebInterpret that mirror your listings onto other eBay marketplaces. To enable it, you just have to enable the “Use SKU to match sold items” setting in eBay > Settings > Advanced > Order Processing. That setting will have WP-Lister update stock from sales by the SKU instead of eBay ID, so as long as your SKUs in WC match the SKUs on eBay, it will work properly with webinterpret or any other software that mirrors your listings onto other eBay marketplaces with that setting enabled.

    Kind regards,
    John
