Delivery time is deleted when we use bulk edit

    This is a HUGE problem for us. Both Germanized and Germanized pro have this issue and this is the SECOND TIME. We use woocommerce advanced bulk edit for the product editing. When we add delivery time to the field with bulk edit and SAVE then the field is blank. This has cost us HOURS of work and it is the same issue Germanized had a couple of months back. Last time the update solved it now it is there AGAIN. THIS IS A BIG PROBLEM. IT IS NOT FUNNY. When you have 800 products and suddenly all the delivery times are gone you are in troubl. With the customer, the German law. The feeds you have are not correct for marketplaces that require delivery time.

    Please do not tell me to disable all plugins and change to the default theme. I have already done that the first time. I know it is a germanized bug

    sorry to hear that you are facing issues with bulk editing delivery times. Could you please give us some more details:

    Are you using a third-party plugin for bulk editing? If so, which one exactly? Does the error occur when editing only a few (say 3) products at once? Are your products variable or simple products?

    Products are both. simple and variable as well. I used both advanced bulk edit and bulky. Both of them have the same issue. In advanced bulk edit the value sees to be there when you save but when you click get products again the delivery time is GONE. In bulky it is saved but the value does not show in the product and the product field in admin is empty.

    I am exporting and importing the products with delivery time and do so with 642 products. It is not at all nice

    Sorry but I don’t know these plugins. Are they available via wp.org? Did you ask the author on whether there is a compatibility with Germanized? Delivery times are quite complex as one product may have multiple delivery times (per country) assigned. That’s why updating the actual delivery time as a custom taxonomy only is not enough – the delivery time needs additional treatment.

    Germanized supports the import/export CSV feature provided by the Woo core and the WooCommerce REST API.

    Yes they are compatible. I have used them for years. We do not have delivery times for country. The issue is that the field value disappears completely and it did not

    I guess that these plugins are not compatible with the latest Germanized version as it does not work, does it? The delivery time per country feature exists for quite some time now (since Germanized 3.7.0). You might report that issue to the developers of the actual bulk-edit plugin. Seems like these plugins are not using the actual data structure provided by Woo to update the product as Germanized does hook into certain Woo hooks that are triggered when saving the product object to update the delivery time data too.
