delivey distance maximum allowed

Are you sure this plugin still showing up shipping options when you set the max distance 25 miles/kilometers in the table rate settings?

This plugin will never interfere or blocking another WooCommerce shipping modules, you are free to install/activate whatever another shipping module you are preferred.

Please check this screenshot how it works when combined with WooCommerce built-in Local Pickup shipping module:

thank you for reply. It does work but confusing customers. It will only show local pickup then customer think something is wrong with delivery option then call us.

The only way I can do is create another table with 25 to 100 and put under “Label” Sorry, delivery isn’t available for this address with zero charge. Hope customer will change to pickup option from delivery.

It need something like can’t complete order if customer address is out of 25 miles and give option to change to Local pickup if customer select delivery.

I see, unfortunately, this plugin currently not support that kind of custom flow, and I think this is a rare case, so there is no plan to add this kind feature and functionality.

@mpb710 Hi , I am also having the same scenario to restrict the customer to completed the order if beyonds 20 km. Did you find any other plug in to accomplish this please let me know. Thanks in advance.

No I have not able to find another plugin. I use this plugin WoorReer and set label “Sorry, delivery isn’t available for this address” and put zero charge with 30 miles to 2000 miles. So far customers didn’t attempt to order beyond 30 miles, then change to pickup option. There is no way to restrict if over X miles at this time

You can get Distance Matrix API key from Google Cloud Platform Console
https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/distance-matrix/get-api-key
See instruction step 1 to 4 then copy the key to WooReer API to
Distance Calculator API Key and Location Picker API Key.

Store Origin Data Type – choose Coordinate

Store Location Latitude and Longitude – get it from
https://www.latlong.net/convert-address-to-lat-long.html

Route Settings – you will need to configure to your preferences
Global Rate Settings – you will need to configure default preferences

Table Rates settings – if only one delivery up to 30 miles for one charge. First row, set Max 30. 2nd row set Max to 2000 and click Advanced and add label “Sorry, we do not deliver to this address”

Save then go to shopping cart then when you put address, Wooreer will calculate distance automatic to choose table rate row 1 or table rate row 2
