    Hi – I have downloaded your plugin for the slider gallery. Have inserted the shortcode for your demo gallery and can see it working well (i put it on same page as mentioned above). I then create my own slider gallery with exactly the same settings but using images already loaded into the wordpress website…. and it just does not display!! The short code is currently on the above page but it is showing blank page.

    I thought that possibly you can only create one gallery (as free version) so I deleted your demo version thinking mine would then show – but it still does not show. this is really puzzling. I would like to buy it but need confidence this is working first.

    Thanks for your post.

    Could you let us know, please, will it be possible to provide several images which are not working at your end and we will test them at ours?

    Please, also try to change your current theme to one of WordPress default themes for a few seconds only and check if the issue exists or not.

    We will wait for your observations.

    I have tried switching themes temporarily and still the same occurs – completely blank page.

    Incidentally, how can I get the demo gallery back so I can troubleshoot further myself? I have reinstalled plugin but because I deleted the demo one, it is still deleted.

    How do I send you my images?

    Dear pepperhp,

    We will be thankful if you activate the gallery on one of the pages and we will check everything.

    And if possible, please, deactivate all your plugins one by one to check if the issue exists or not. This will help us to exclude the possibility of the plugin related conflict.

    The deleted gallery, unfortunately, cannot be restored.
    Thus, please, try to create a new one and we will check what’s causing the issue.
