demo home page not working properly

I tried to replicate the scenario in my local environment, but I wasn’t successful. I believe there’s a conflict due to some plugin. Try deactivating the plugin one by one until the issue is resolved. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

If the problem still persists, please let us know we’ll try our best to provide you an appropriate solution.

I have tried for the plugins as well but if I am deactivating the flash tool kit then the home page is not even loading the data and if the tool kit is activated it is loading . The Flash tool kit is essential for Your Theme . The problem Therefore is not solved by the way you have said can you just look into the matter and say me again what to do ?

Out of box our theme integrates 4 plugins Everest Form, Flash Toolkit, Page Builder by SiteOrigin and ThemeGrill Demo Importer. Try deactivating the plugins which aren’t theme related and which you have personally integrated.

If the problem still persists, then I believe there may have been some tweaking with the front page where page builder element were manipulated.

To resolve it, you can click on the Revisions (Browse) on the top left of the your site’s home page from backend. After that it will lead to a page where you can see the changes made and it’s time and date. You can evaluate the timing of this issue and the revision, then revert back if that senraios aligns.

P.S If you aren’t comfortable with the solution I provided and aren’t proficient enough in WordPress, I’ll suggest you not to make changes.

I have done both the ways which you have been said to me . But the Issue is still present .Have checked plugins and even the revisions made . They were not any revisions made . Can You Suggest me Any other way to slove this issue . What is the php version required for the theme ?

We recommend the latest PHP version, but our theme tends to be compatible with the old PHP version as well. As a last resort all I can suggest you is to create your front page using the page builder from scratch. Use this link https://wpsandbox.net/ as a sandbox where you download the Flash theme and import the design you are using in this sandbox. Then taking the reference from the sandbox’s front page, you can build your own.

The slider is not working properly even in live editor what should be the size of the image in the slider . I wil even see the products section As well
Kindly you as well look into the matter this all happened After the update of the themes and the plugins

There is the error with the slider only empty slider is as well not coming properly please check and let me know

If I was able to replicate the issue, it would have been easy to pinpoint the error and provide you the exact solution. But the issue seems to be with your site only and I’ve provided you the available solution that I can provide without the access. I believe you didn’t try the previous solution I offered, so please try that and let me know.

Its not only with my site its with the other as well i have tried it in a new site as well as soon as i upload the image in site the slider both the images come one after the other so can i get to known what should be the size of image ?

I have tried to know about the issue . The issue was occurring due to the upgrade of the page builder by site origin plugin . I restored the backup and did not update the plugin then the home page was working fine . Can I use the the old version of the plugin only or should I update the plugin ?

We I test in my local environment, everything seems to be fine. But after debugging if you have found this plugin as an issue skip this update only after reading their changelog and make sure there isn’t anything related to security. If there isn’t anything related to securing in their changelog you can update when site origin plugin release next update.
