    Hi there,

    Thank you for writing in,

All the themes will import demo within a short period of time, you don’t have to wait long for it. If somehow you are unable to import the demo then this may be due to the PHP configuration limits that are set too low to complete the process. In that case, you should contact your web hosting service and ask them to increase those PHP configuration limits as follows:

    max_execution_time 900
    memory_limit 256M
    post_max_size 100M
    upload_max_filesize 150M
    max_input_vars 9000

Once you have all the recommended PHP settings you should be able to import demo.

    Regards!

I followed your advice and applied the suggested changes to my php config but its still giving me 500 error after briefly trying to import the demo. Is there any way to manually do the import or any other changes to the php config that might fix the issue? Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for writing in,

500 errors are shown when the server has some issue with their resources. 500 error is not related to the themes/plugins. The issue is being shown due to your server. This issue can only be solved by the hosting server. Please contact your hosting server once.

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I’m maintaining my own server and have already applied your suggested changes to the php config. The XML imports fine, it’s the customizer settings where it gives the 500 error. Do you know what could possibly cause issues when importing customizer settings?

At this point I got the demo almost working, except for the smart slider shown on the demo site. Could you provide the html code for that slider? That way my issue would be solved. Thanks for your help.
