Demo Import issues

Hey Fellas, I am running into issues with the importing content from a purchased theme. Their Demo content importer doesn’t work for me and when I try to import it through the WordPress importer it only imports the posts and not the whole theme.

This is how it looks currently

And as you can see it only imported the plain post data, but no theme whatsoever.

Would be awesome if someone had an idea on how to fix this or such.
