The demo of the theme is really nice and cool and i would like to implement it in my website. Unfortunately, an exception occurs.

Hi @simonercc,
Most likely this is server related issue. Perhaps your site is not HTTPS or you are using an HTTP proxy.
Could you check your proxy or try without proxy?

Ty for reply. The website is HTTPS but i’m not sure if it is using a proxy since i’m starting from a free hosting service. I “solved” the problem downloading the .xml e .wie, so using manual importing and even if some media return error, the 70% of imported demo is working.
The only problem i cannot solve now is that the background image in the home page is not shown.
Here the situation.
How can i solve the problem? I think that some of the xml importing errors broken the “image” in background of the top homepage.

Hi @simonercc,
You may edit the Home page and select a Featured Image for this page in order to display it in the header.
If you wish to import the images from the demo you may try to follow the steps described in this post https://motopress.com/forums/topic/problem-with-demo-installation/#post-907391

I tried the solution you suggested but the problem persists.
Ok nice! I solved the problem of the image selecting the featured image for that specific page and it worked.

Just the last question.
I’ve added an accomodation in the booking plugin but still returns (for a random date availability research) that there are no available rooms….
Can you help me in this feature?

Hi @simonercc,
The accommodation type is available when there is at least 1 accommodation (unit) assigned and you have added a rate with a season for the dates when you want to make the property available. For example, if you have a Season from Jan 1, 2021 to Dec 31, 2021 and you use the season at the Rate of the accommodation type then this accommodation type will be available during the dates of the season that you have used in the rate.

Thanks for your HTTP/HTTPS/Proxy tip/solution.
It worked for me.
My server site was served through HTTP and I was using Cloudflare proxy to server HTTPS.
