Demo is deceiving; Documentation is nonexistent

  • Good plugin, but low rating because I wasted too much time figuring out how to get mine to look like the demo. Certainly everybody is trying to make money.. but the upsell on this one is ridiculous. Any questions AT ALL have to be answered via “contact us” which is the same method as their purchase customization services. The product launch should not have occurred without supporting documentation – even if it says ‘what you see is what you get’. Although.. upon clicking on the demo you can be sure that it is NOT what you get.. but rather you have to purchase customization to get yours to look like the demo. Arrrgh. Time suck.

    I understand your problem. But we made the plugin homepage same as in our demo. Only the single portfolio page that you see on our website has been customized to our website’s needs. That page was not the part of plugin. Our major aim to provide this plugin was to provide one is to multiple category assignment which was not in other plugins.
    The single portfolio page that you see on our site is simply html coded in wordpress editor which you can do easily, its not a css driven page.
