The link goes to his site: https://wptreasure.com/downloads/responsive-google-effect-portfolio-grid/

And his site is still registered, but he’s effectively abandoned the domain: https://who.is/whois/wptreasure.com The domain is using “parklogic.com” nameservers. It’s a domain parking service (https://parklogic.com/) that serves ads instead of content to website viewers.
