    Hello,
I am using woocommerce for a large store with over 400 products. I deleted the demo products when I started using woocommerce. I think 2 of them could not be deleted but there is also no way to find them. On the products page I get this on the top left corner; All (412) | Published (412). On the top right corner this is the info; 410 items.
I only have 410 products, and I looked under uncategorized, virtual, downloadable products yet I cannot find them. There is nothing in trash so nothing shows. I tried creating a test product and deleting it so the trash appeared, but still the two products did not show.
    Any help is appreciated.
    Regards

    Hi @pghteam!

It sounds like you are having an issue with some phantom products. Have you tried clearing the orphaned variations from your “WooCommerce > Status > Tools” screen, to see if that resolves the issue?

    Cheers!

    I cleared the orphaned variations.
The message reads “0 orphaned variations deleted”
no change in product number differences.

    Hi @pghteam,

    Thanks for getting back.

Can you please also clear WooCommerce transients from WooCommerce > Status > Tools and see if that helps? You could also clear the browser’s cache and deactivate all plugins (except WooCommerce) plus change the theme to Storefront. More info here.

    Thanks.

    Hello,
    Thank you for your contributions.
It was a plugin, when deactivated the count was right. The plugin author also confirmed.
