I cannot create any auctions on your demo, so I cannot test the plugin. I am confused about the fees. In your doc section you have a video for commission fees but on your demo site I only see Listing fee, Buyer’s Premium, and tax. I am curious if the owner of the site can collect a listing fee plus a percentage of the of the final sale and additionally can the site owner/admin go into any auction from a user that posted an auction and change the commission to be collected? Also, can you set a different fee or commission for different users/auction creators?

What does buyer premium mean exactly?
    Thank you

Thank you for your response. I am still wondering what the buyer premium is.

also, are you saying that if the site owner wants to use “cash” as payment for auctions, is there no way to add the fees so the site owner makes money on the website? For our needs, we cannot use PayPal, stripe or braintree. We will be collecting payments manually and require a fee and/or a percentage of the sale. That is the purpose of the website, to make money. Could you be so kind to explain if your plugin can fulfill these needs?

It would be so helpful if you could add some auctions and bids etc to your demo so I could open them up and see how it works and also see what it looks like on the front end. When there are zero auctions to look at we can’t actually see anything that is important to us.

What is your refund policy? I fear that the “features” may sound nice but until it is tested, I cannot be sure. Thanks again.
