    Hello,

We are having issues with the new order emails from WooCommerce and are getting this error message below –

Invalid “To” e-mail address “DENIED BY RULES –[email protected]

This happened after the most recent update.

The email address is not entirely blocked as other plugins are able to send emails to that address – it seems to be only the new order emails from WooCommerce.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, many thanks for your time.

    Hi @masidus

I hope you are doing well.

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support.”

    Thanks

    Hello,

Thank you for your response – we have tried uploading the System Report to your site at https://postmansmtp.com/contact/ as we’d rather not disclose system info for security reasons, however the form doesn’t submit and gives a 403 error in the console.

We’ve tried this on various devices and connections with no success – if you could fix the form we will upload the relevant info as soon as it’s done.

Many thanks for your time and help!

Ok, in our website’s Get in touch menu, there is a support ticket option; you can create the ticket, so our technical team will check and respond to you soon.

    Thanks
