    Hello,

    Customers are being blocked from placing orders based on their email address being Spam – “IP: 1 Email: 1”. – report shows “Denied Order” – These customers have placed orders in the past but are now being denied access

    Hello, @undergroundengland123

    This is because you were using an old version of our plugin. Also you have set the option for cookies to “On”. Now I see that you have updated our plugin and set cookies to “Off”. I have checked your form and everything should be fine now.

    Please observe for a while and let us know if the issue persits.

    The updated plugin was installed 27.04.23 and the settings changed as advised – so why are Denied Orders 07.05.23 still occurring

    As I said, at that moment you used the old version of the plugin and the wrong cookie option.
