Denied refund from 1 day Wordlift demo

    I wanted to try this software out. Signed up to a 14 day Demo.
    The plug-in didn’t do what I thought it would. I emailed the company on the day I started the demo and said please cancel the demo. They said no problem we will process your request to cancel.
    After 14 days $230.28 came out of my Paypal account and after trying 2 Paypal claims they won’t give me my money back.
    How do I get my money back?

    Hi, @markajepson we have a 48-hour refund policy to make sure no one gets a charge if he or she is not going to use our tool.
