Dentist appointment booking plugin suggestion

Hi guys, I need suggestion for dentist booking plugin.
It should be used only in admin area, so that admin can add appointments

It is for dental service

– when you add appointment – you should add customer, first and last name, price (optionally), start and end time, service, and dentist (optionally)

– it needs to have option to view appointments per day/week/month maybe even per service

– it needs to be for different appointments in different colors

– extra feature: connect to Google calendar
