Department filter is not working

  • Hi!

    I am having some troubles in filtering my job board by department, I want to display my jobs by department, in different areas, I have this shortcode: [greenhouse form_type=”inline” display=”description|office|department” department_filter=”Product”], and seems like it is ignored, because all of my jobs list is displayed. I tried filtering by the other categories and it works, only the department filter is not. Am I doing something wrong? Can someone help me please? Thank you

    In our testing we’re finding that department filters are working.

    So you are able to filter by office and job title etc, but no job department filters are working?

    Yes that is right, I even tried with department name or id and nothing occurs, it simply shows up the entire jobs list that I have, like no filter has been applied.

    Do make any idea what may is the cause for this?

    We’ve tested again with a couple different setups and the department filter looks to be working in all our tests. Would you be willing to share your url? Is the site live? We could troubleshoot it a bit on site and check what values are being pulled from greenhouse and used in the js.     Could you test this again in the latest release? Also note that the filters are case sensitive.
