    Hello, Today, I tried to install the Depicter plugin on a new domain. After installing it and selecting the appropriate template, I noticed that when I inserted the shortcode into the WordPress page, the template was not working correctly. Only the background and text were appearing without any images, and the slider’s loading time was very long. I then moved to another domain and reinstalled WordPress and Depicter, but now nothing works—just a white background and three dots (the preloader). What is happening today?

    This must be a server problem for handling images or a source-related problem.

    Hi,

    Sorry to hear that. Please make sure you are using the latest version of Depicter currently 3.5.0

    Please note that as far as the data shows, Depicter does not have any problems working with Elementor or other page builders. There must be something else causing the problem. For example, if at a specific moment, your server does not have access to enough available memory, it can crash with an HTTP 500 Fatal error. 

    The best thing to do in situations like this is to enable the debug mode and investigate the generated error message. Please see our guidelines here regarding that:

    Please do that and share the error here with me. We will see what is causing the problem after investigating the error.
