Deploy problem

So, i installed W3 total cache on my website and everything os fine, then a clicked on “DEPLOY”, on the plugin and i think something happen, probably was something related with my site going out of memory ( this was fixed now ), anyway i got a blank white page, and every time i try to access wp-admin i got this blank page again, so i deleted advanced-cache.php, db.php and object-cache.php and now i abble to access wp-admin again, but how can i reinstall w3 total cache?
