Deploy Settings but Preview mode is still active?

I have a site with this plugin installed and using cloudflare. I have set this up and most things i assume are fine. My site still functions normally. But on the plugin settings page I am getting this message:

Preview mode is active: Changed settings will not take effect until preview mode is or . any changed settings (without deploying), or make additional changes.

I have pressed the deploy button in this message and the page will refresh and then it will say:

Preview settings successfully deployed.

but… this message still displays below it:

Preview mode is active: Changed settings will not take effect until preview mode is or . any changed settings (without deploying), or make additional changes.

Furthermore, if I press the deploy button in the actual settings below these status messages. I will get a blank screen with the following on it…
