This is weird; it should not happen.

Did you modify the email templates? Are you sure that you are checking the settings of the same room?

yes the room is the same…the only thing I did was change a writing that wasn’t right, that is deposit paid to deposit required… (in Italian Deposito versato —-> Deposito richiesto)

You don’t need to change it. The email shows “Paid deposit” if the deposit was paid. And “Required deposit” if it was not paid. Those are two different scenarios and you don’t need to modify the strings. They are already correct.

Can you remove your modification and do another similar reservation? Then share the URL of the confirmation page and a screenshot of the email.

To pay a deposit, you need to use PayPal or Stripe and have the booking mode set to “Instant booking”. What is you booking mode? was the reservation paid with PayPal or Stripe?

I did this because I would like that if someone pays by bank transfer in the email it reads “deposit required” and goes to pay 30% of the amount

As explained, WP Hotelier works in a different way and altering this will break the plugin. I don’t have a suggestion for your problem, it requires some custom code. And by the way, there’s already a bank transfer extension for this.

I actually purchased the bank transfer extension from the official website… is it possible to solve this problem by having it or do I still need a personalized code? I apologize if I asked the question again but I didn’t understand this point well… I hope I’m not bothering you too much
