Deposit sitting at “Estimated” and Instant Deposit NO Longer Works

I have Woocommerce on my store, and have for years without issue. My store makes the minimum amount for instant deposits and is connected to a bank card. Worked no problem a few days ago.
Now, I wasn’t able to access the funds I wanted to run a second Instant Payment on. Fine, no problem, changed to daily deposit.
The payment which was on the 11th, says “ESTIMATED” deposit on the 13th (after I changed it to daily to release the funds). I changed this on the 14th. So the deposit should have reflected that day, not the day before.
Now, my funds seem to be in some kind of limbo not called my bank account. The deposit for it says “Estimated” and I have no answers. Stripe Express isn’t very clear at all on their website either.
Where is my money and how do I get my funds?
