• After a couple of weeks waiting for Microstock to fix their plugin (turns out it’s DepositPhoto who’s not getting the job done), I chatted with “Robin” on their live chat support and asked for a refund. I was told, “According to our police refund is not possible.”

    Since I can’t download photos directly through the plugin, and I’m not about to hand out my login info to our article writers, DepositPhotos is no longer a viable option.

    My advice? Do NOT use DepositPhoto.

    Hi, sorry to hear that you had issues with Depositphotos. I have contacted them and they will get in touch with you to sort this out. I will also update the plugin in the next couple of days to fix this issue.

    I will will update this post, whenever I hear back from Depositphotos.

    Hey Amos – thanks for the reply and the effort. It’s definitely not your fault that depositphotos is unable to maintain a functioning API.

    I switched to Fotolia and everything is working great (and the photo quality seems to be better also).
