Deposits and Running Totals

Hi can the plugin do deposits, Subtotals and Totals. I take a commission for waitresses that are booked for a few hours and they get paid cash when they arrive.

E.g.

1 x Waitress x 3hrs = $800

$200 of the $800 is mine and is paid through the cart the outstanding $400 is paid in cash to the waitress.

Would be great if there was a total i.e. $600 and sub total $200 to pay now.
