Deposits temporarily suspended

    In account details payments is green (enabled) but deposits has a yellow “temporarily suspended”.

    It seems that this could be due to the Tax Forms 1099 (which I have no idea what they are) not being filled in. The problem is that on the tax form page everything is grayed out so even if I knew what is required, there in no way of uploading them.
