Deposits temporarily suspended – no email or communication from Woo Payments

We’re receiving the message that: “Deposits are temporarily suspended” from within the Woo Payments tab in the WordPress CMS.
We have had no email communication about this from either Woo Payments or Stripe. I have been contact with Stripe regarding this issue and have been told there are no issues on their end, therefor the issue is with Woo Payments.
I have submitted a support ticket on Woo Payments but have had no reply or support given there.
We need to understand why this issue is happening, and steps to rectify this issue.Please advise ASAP.
