Deprecated function on PHP 7.3.4

    Hello, I just change my PHP version to the most updated 7.3.4 and I am getting this notice on the WordPress Dashboard.

    Function create_function() is deprecated in httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/nifty-coming-soon-and-under-construction-page/admin/includes/ot-functions-admin.php on line 69

    Also, on the Frontend, even I have enabled Social Media Icons, are not appeared!
