Deprecated Notice: Constructor Method for WP_Widget since 4.3.0

When updating WordPress on a development site I received the notice “The called constructor method for WP_Widget is deprecated since version 4.3.0”. After some research I tracked the issue down to wp-forecast. This Make WordPress Core post explains what the issue is and how the developer can fix it. I had to turn off debugging until this is fixed; however I need debugging to develop the site. I may resort to disabling the plugin until there is a fix. I’,m hoping this isn’t a major fix for the author and he/she/they can reply with an ETA on a fix. Thanks in advance for any help!
