Deprecated User Levels in Theme ?

    I’m currently using the 3.9 beta 3 version of WordPress, AND a commercial theme. I get the following notification from this plugin:

    wp-admin/menu-header.php:139 – Usage of user levels by plugins and themes is deprecated. Use roles and capabilities instead.

    Is this something that I can fix through my Admin Panel, OR does the theme author fix it through his programming?
