Dequeue scripts when there is no form in the page

Hello,

I’d like to load the scripts from the plugin only in the pages that have forms. Is there a way I could dequeue them from the rest?

I tried with something like the following but didn’t work.
if( has_shortcode($post->post_content, 'contact-form-7') ) {
