DeRegister SDM to all page except download page

Hi guys, Is it possible to DeRegister your “JS” across my site pages but leave it in one exceptional page? I would like to clear unused “JS” on all of my pages and use the plugin to my necessary download page only.

Note: I have your deregister code for CSS (from your site), however i do not understand since i can still see your CSS to my head section:
“sdm-styles-css”, “/wp-content/plugins/simple-download-monitor/css/sdm_wp_styles.css”
