Yes, Jetpack CRM has support for adding Documents that your clients can access via the Clients portal.

Apologies as we might have misunderstood your initial question. The client portal can only be used by CRM Managers to provide file downloads to clients.

Clients can’t upload their own files for CRM Managers to download. Unfortunately, this is not yet supported by Jetpack CRM. We do have an open feature request on this in our internal issue tracker.

We have a plan to include the file upload feature for the Client Portal PRO extension. So your clients will be able to upload files to their portals. We don’t have a due date for it, but it will be in the next versions of the extension.
