    Hello

    I have a little problem which I don’t understant. As you could see on the webpage, the hover show the altext. When you click on the picture, you have the description.

    I created a local copy of the website. I compared all the options however I don’t have the same result on local site.
    On the page, I have the altext with the hover and the description when I clich on the picture. But without click, under the thumbmail I have also the description.
    You could see the copy screen here:

    I could add:
    .ngg-gallery-thumbnail span {
    display: none !important;
    }
    But the local site will be different to my website

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi @fredericsant,

    I am sorry in case that I haven’t understood it well. It seems like you are being unable to activate the captions below the thumbnails for your gallery.

    To add the captions below the thumbnails, please edit the page, edit the NextGen gallery module from it and go to “Customize Display Setting” then choose “gallery-caption.php” for “Legacy (Old) Templates” and “Insert the gallery” then update the page.

    Hope this helps

    Hello
    Sorry for my late answer. I didn’t see your reply.

    I don’t want the caption on my local site. I don’t have on my website and I don’t understand why i habe a different result with the same parameters.

    I will let the lines inside the “Personalized CSS”

    Thanks
    Frederic

    Hi @fredericsant,

    To have the exact same results on both local and web site you will need to make sure that you are using identical settings in “Gallery -> Gallery settings” and in the inserted gallery module itself. Also, make sure that the CSS rules are the same for both installations.
