Description field

This is the support forum for the plugin “WooCommerce PayPal Payments”. Are you sure you have the correct support forum?

If you do, we can create a feature ticket for such a request, but we would like to ask you to give us more details because it is not really clear what you mean. Maybe you can provide us with some screenshots about what you exactly want to have added to our plugin.

Yes, I am talking of “WooCommerce PayPal Payments”.

The result is displayed in the Checkout as:

Now, I am going to compare with “Paypal Standard”.

The “Description” field is a formatted text field, see this image:

This allow for a more clear explanation to customer. Also the icon also helps.

As I said before, other gateways, like “Bank Transfer” and others, also have this “Description” field as formatted text.
Some gateways even include an “instructions” field to be displayed or sent by email.

Thank you for raising a feature request

Several updates have come since I last posted here, but nothing about my request.

All that I am asking is to make compatible or standard with the other payment gateways of this same house.
