Description field: add link unusable for guests

Hi Greg,

The ad’s description field features an editing toolbar (wp_editor). When you’re logged in, all buttons work fine and you can add links.

When you’re logged out, as a guest, clicking the “add link” button scrolls the user automatically to the bottom of the page.

We get no errors in the log, no JS errors in the console. Have you experienced this?
