    Hi

Is it possible to have the description inline with the email form field? I’ve tried playing around with the CSS but have not been able to achieve this.

What I am trying to do is [Description] [email form] [submit button] all on one line.

    Thanks in advance

    Hi @srr1012,

The description by default is a block element and there is no filter to change this. However, with CSS you should be able to define the style of it as display: inline.

Would you mind posting a URL to your form page? I’ll see what I can do.
    Cheers,
    Kevin.

    Hi Kevin

Thanks for getting back to me, I did think display: inline was what I needed but for whatever reason I couldn’t get it to work last night.

Unfortunately the website is not published yet, I’m currently developing it locally. Do you have an example of the css that should work to achieve what I would like to do?

    Thanks again for your help.

    Hi @srr1012,

Without being able to inspect the form, we wont be able to give you CSS to use.

There are many factors that affect the CSS (the Theme’s CSS, the container the form is in, etc.) so “general” CSS code will probably not work for your form.

If you can share the link with us after your site goes live, we will be happy to help you.

    Thank you!
