Description Limit…

  • Hi and thanks for great plugin

    i wonder why no one ask this:
    How to change description limit?

    if user add a bit long description , ticket creation form will show error:
    description cannot be empty!

    How to change and fix this?

    This is a WP limitation. Posts have content limits and as such, tickets inherit those same limits as well.
