    Hi!

The custom tabs appear after description tab, but the content inside description tab has an inline style of display none when your plugin is activated.

Also, when the page is loading, all tabs content show one under the other.

I appreciate the help and can send a link to my website privately.

    Thank you

  • Hey @karenshidlo,

What theme are you using? This plugin doesn’t actually display the tabs we just pass the content to your theme for displaying.

If you let me know what theme you’re using I can test in my development environment and see what’s going wrong.

    Cheers,
    Freddie

    Hi
    Thanks for your reply.
It’s okay now, but there is another bug – when the page loads, all the tab descriptions show on load. they then are not visible once the page has fully loaded. But I just want to know if you could help me understand how to fix this?

    Thanks again!

    Hey @karenshidlo,

Typically themes with WooCommerce support are adding all the tabs and then using Javascript to hide them. If your page is showing them first most likely your Javascript or page is taking a long time to load.

You should look at your website with tools like Pingdom to see ways you could improve the page speed. There are also a bunch of page speed and caching plugins that are available if you just search the forum and read reviews.

I hope this helps have a great day!

    Cheers,
    Freddie
